- Drumnigh is an Association of AMI Teachers of Ireland (AA TI) Registered school i.e. the Prepared Environments of the 3-6 and 6-9 classes have been deemed satisfactorily equipped to provide a Montessori education for children. Registration is done on a three-year basis.
- Drumnigh is accredited with IMEB (Irish Montessori Education Board). IMEB is the accrediting body for Montessori schools in Ireland. Its accreditation process provides quality assurance in Montessori schools on both a professional and institutional level so that children can benefit from the very best that Montessori education has to offer.

- Enrolment can be done in September, January and after Easter.

- Drumnigh has many specific pieces of Montessori equipment which have been designed to provide a wide variety of learning experiences geared to the developmental needs of the children.
- The school provides two parent/Directress meetings per year to discuss your child’s development and progress; and to address any issues.
- At the end of the school year, a personalised report card is provided on your child.
- Drumnigh has two school trips throughout the school year as well as a school play at Christmas and a family oriented sports day at the end of the school year.
- Drumnigh is a very special place for children and parents alike; and we have a vibrant community – parents are encouraged to participate in school activities for example coffee mornings and fundraising.
- The Directresses offer Easter and Summer Camps as well as our very popular Maths Club for current and past pupils of primary school age.
- We also run a parent/toddler group for 0-3 year olds – most children from the toddler group go to the Montessori School where they are familiar with the school and the Directresses.
